About me and my practice

I am professional but easy to talk to and offer clients a warm, safe space within which they can explore and express themselves freely. I am sensitive and perceptive as a person and coupled with my skills and knowledge I can offer a dynamic relationship through which awareness grows. Together we will explore and work towards easing any distress being felt in the present.

Experience

I work for a professional organisation, as well as have my own Private Practice.
I offer EMDR within talking therapy.
I work with both individuals and couples.
I continue to learn and grow as a counsellor, embarking on new training, exploration and research constantly.
